From personal experience, I'm guessing this little piggy's person had the AUDACITY to take his pigloo away. The pig probably turned around and caught his person in the act right as she was replacing said pigloo with something ignorant... like a cardboard tube. Just a guess...

OH, such a cute little surprised piggy!! Someone either took his loo or he found out that his pig-slave is out of carrots. That crisis would definitely get a look of surprise in our house.
running out of green beans would get the crisis look here! Don't you love his giant, hairy, old man eyebrows?
